the BTB is ONE
Here are some photos from Molly's first birthday. It was the 28th of September, but I've just learned how to post pictures...
We got together with some of Jerad's out-of-town family; they came into town with a doggie cake just for Molly. She ate it all & licked the aluminum-covered plate.
On the day of, we went to Provino's for her first free ravioli dinner for her b-day. We knew she was a pasta fiend on account of we live with her & KNOW HOW SHE ROLLS.

take one
We finally got around to getting ourselves a "blog." I am so woefully technologically challenged that I feel certain that this will be the most craptacular blog ever, at least until someone in the house (probably Molly) figures out what the hell we're doing.
I originally wanted to use this blog to post pictures of the BTB (that's "Big Time Baby" for anyone who doesn't know). I should also record some of those baby milestones that I'm too lazy to record in her baby book, too--but, we'll just see how it goes. I imagine that once J. has a minute to write something (between teaching classes at Chattanooga State, working on his thesis, and various & sundry side projects) that this blog will take on a pronounced left-leaning political slant, as well. I don't reckon that will come as a shock to anyone who knows us. Also, I will no doubt be posting "pearls of wisdom" from my eighth-grade English students from time to time because they crack me up.
So, that's our story. I'm going to try to get my wonderful next-door neighbor, Sember, to help me post this now.
