hot fun in the summer time
a couple of weeks ago lu & i took the girls to the five friends from japan exhibit at the creative discovery museum
we started out with lunch at the pickle barrel--hanging out on the deck at the pb is a totally different experience now than it was fifteen years ago when laura & i used to be regulars there!
the littles loved the part of the exhibit that let them pretend to play on a japanese playground
i'm big in japan!

last sunday we went out to mema downer's big 80th birthday celebration
cousins, cousins everywhere!
last week's playdate included a picnic lunch at coolidge park & lots of water play
